100-4 Island living at its best!!

Puamana 100-4 is a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome offering partial ocean views in a prime location, directly across from the beach access.

Unfortunately, the historic clubhouse and some amenities were lost to the fire. Despite this, Puamana still offers a truly unique island experience and the perfect place to unwind and relax. A complete renovation of the spectacular Ocean Pool was completed in October 2025, offering guests a one-of-a-kind setting right at the water’s edge with breathtaking views of the Pacific. The Dolphin Pool is also open and available for use.

The spacious open floor plan includes two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms—one located on the ground floor along with the living room, kitchen, and powder room. The upstairs master bedroom features a king-size bed and a large sun deck with stunning ocean views. The second upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds, with all bedrooms having their own ensuite bathrooms.

The back lanai remains perfect for family BBQs, dining, or simply unwinding, while the upstairs master bedroom’s sun deck offers serene ocean views. The owners take pride in sharing their Maui home, stocking it with all the conveniences you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Despite the recent challenges, Puamana 100-4 continues to exemplify “No Ka Oi” (the best of Puamana).

We had a great stay. We enjoyed having a full kitchen, with everything we needed, to cook Thanksgiving. The beach was just steps away and not crowded at all, pretty private. We loved having a bathroom for every bedroom, plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the few places that I’ve been to where pictures don’t do the place justice. It is way better than the pictures. Very clean, very functional, and had everything we could possibly need. It was a short drive to most anything we wanted to do. Very happy we chose this place. There were five of us.

We really enjoyed this property, you can tell the owner takes pride in their property by how well it was kept. We had a couple hiccups while we were there but we sent a message to the property manager and they responded with a phone call within 5 minutes of the message being sent and also followed up several times. We would absolutely stay here again!

Updated, clean modern property

The unit is updated, modern, clean, kitchen well equipped, ocean/beach access couple of hundred feet’s away. Only note is one of the bedroom suite faces south with all glass window, room tend to be quite warm despite air condition.

The house is exactly as advertised big spacious accommodations. The community is lovely with pools, tennis court and great views. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Communication was great

We had a great visit and vacation. We needed some last minute changes to the rooms and the communication with the property management team was excellent. **suggestion - have at least a days worth of coffee and creamers for the morning in case vacationers don’t have time to shop. I look forward to my next vacation and would not hesitate to stay at this property!

Look No Further

Puamanu has it all, and this is one of the best units in the community for not being right on the water. It is, though, a stone’s throw to the water, a sandy beach and a mellow surf break. Longboarder paradise. The unit is filled with modern appliances and conveniences, almost too nice for a rental. They’ve thought of everything. Ideal spot for family group. We’ll be back.

Awesome Master Bedroom/Bath & the 2nd (downstairs) bedroom was very comfortable. Would have liked to see a Queen in the upstairs 3rd bedroom (instead of twins), but all in all a nice property in a good location.

Beautiful Rental

We all loved this property. We were there for our daughter’s wedding, the property was just as described and the pictures were spot on. The home was spotless, completely stocked, all the little details were not missed, the property gave us the space needed for the six of us. Perfect location to enjoy shopping, restaurants and night life. Our time was short and we wished we could have stayed longer. I would recommend this vacation rental and if we get the chance to return, we would absolutely stay again!

Just like the picture....

I was pleased to see that the on-line photos were accurate. The complex was well maintained and the unit was nicely remodeled. Great amount of space for a family with three bedrooms and three and half bathrooms. The beach wasn't the greatest, but overall, the time spent there was outstanding.

Great Vacation

We loved everything about our vacation. The home was very clean, and the listing is spot on. The property managers/owners were so easy to work with and responsive. We had a slight issue while we were there, and everyone was very responsive. There is plenty of space and the bedrooms/bathrooms are very nice. We walked into "town" every day for coffee and usually walked in the evenings again for dinner. Depending on where you are going, it's usually around a mile, but after eating all the great options that the many restaurants have to offer, the walk home each night was very welcome! The beach is just a few steps away and everything was just wonderful. We made a huge Thanksgiving dinner while we were there and the kitchen and everything in it did not disappoint. Overall it was great, and we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful

Not the location we were expecting but it was still a really beautiful place … As for parking our vehicle i would rate a 0 in front or back our unit they was always someone park there we had to walk to our condo …. someone who has a problem walking i do not recommend… we did mine at first but wasn’t going to let that ruin our vacation … otherwise the unit was beautiful… clean… and what we were looking for so Thank you ….

Great family getaway

Stayed at the property with my family. It was so close to the beach and pool, which was just perfect. The property was well equipped and we had a great time although the property was not really appropriate for young children. The rules at the complex seemed overbearing also.

Great stay!

Loved this property for our family vacation! Communication with the management company was easy and quick. The location of the home was great as it was close to different areas with restaurants, shopping, etc. We loved walking down to the beach to watch the sunset every night. And the home was fully stocked with towels, kitchen amenities, beach chairs, everything we needed! Would definitely stay again.

Modern, beautiful, cool and convenient stay!

The place was beautiful. The back deck/patio area was wonderful in the evenings with outdoor fans and awesome led lights. Interior was too shape and all new/clean. The master bedroom upstairs was awesome as the ac + ceiling fan combo left us with a perfect cool breeze as we slept. Outdoor shower was great to quickly clean off before coming in off the beautiful and mostly private beach in the neighborhood. I’d highly recommend this to anyone with a larger party (3 bedrooms!)

Excellent stay

This was the best VRBO/ Air B &B we have ever stayed at for the price. We would buy this place if we could! We absolutely loved it. It has its own private beach and pool. It does not get any better. Only a mile walk into downtown Lahaina and close proximity to all the best beaches. Everyone had their own bathroom and the kitchen was excellent. Loved that it had beach chairs for us to use and boogie boards. It made it so worth it. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing Stay for our Family Vacay

Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise! Our family of 6 enjoyed this spacious, well maintained and completely stocked condo. All the beds were super comfortable! The location was perfect to many of the places we visited. Old Lahaina was only a mile walk. Puamana is a private, quiet property with beautiful grounds, including 3 pools. The beach area was limited but still beautiful. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay & recommend this property again!! Thanks for making our first trip to Hawaii so comfortable and memorable!!

Wonderful Location

This property was in the perfect location - close to the beach, three pools, and a quick walk or drive downtown to enjoy shops, restaurants, and nightly ice cream! This newly renovated place was perfect for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our week!
