“We booked the one bedroom king suite that also had a pull-out sofa bed as we had 3 people. The king bed was nothing fancy, pretty average. We knew the sofa bed wouldn’t be the comfiest thing either (are they ever?) but I was surprised that such a nice hotel didn’t have nicer ones. I can sleep ANYWHERE and that pull-out bed was horrible. “It was very loud till 1AM. We barely got sleep as everyone was up banging around again by 5 AM. The pool was cold. I asked for a call from hotel and never got one. The least theh could do is give me half if not sll my money back. I wont be staying there again so a free sray wil do no good. I made a complaint and nothing was done.
