Hotel LGBTQIA+ a Lake Arbor

“Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience due to the condition of the hotel. The AC was not working properly, and the room smelled like there had been ongoing water leakage or moisture issues. The beds were also very uncomfortable and felt as if you would roll toward the middle. That being said, the hotel staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The manager was also kind enough to reimburse 2 of our 4 nights, which we truly appreciated. I just wish Hilton would...

“Reserved rooms because they had a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Upon arrival we noticed the lights were off in bar area, so we asked the front desk attendants when the bar would open. They responded with they weren’t really sure?? So we went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and drinks. Got back to the hotel around 8 pm and the bar was still not open and when we ask the front desk attendants they said they guessed it wasn’t going to be open today???”

“Rooms.were just okay and both AC, TV was not working l. POOL is also small.”

“Easy drive to metro station. Best hot hotel breakfast my kids said they had ever had. The pool was smallish but quiet and my kids had it all to themselves. Our suite was clean, well kept, and gave is ample space as a family to recharge after long days of sight seeing. We have nothing but good things to say about our stay at this Staybridge Suites in Largo!”

“It's a good hotel for a family to stay. Lots of space and good accommodations. I gave it low reviews because I booked for four nights, but they somehow gave away my first night. They then told me they communicated with me about my stay, but I received nothing.”

“This property is old and they are working on improving it; however, we paid a premium price for a good brand that was not up to the standards of its name. We will not be staying there again.”
