“The hotel is currently being renovated. I booked through Expedia and had asked for a crib but upon arrival I was told that they have none. Keep in mind I tried calling ahead of time, but no one would answer them called Expedia and they confirmed that the note was passed down. We entered the room and it was very very dirty hair in the bathtub dust everywhere even a cockroach! Tried calling the front desk and no answer to try to get someone to give us some cleaning supplies.”
