“The room was modern up-to-date. Loved the large sofa in room very comfortable. The hallway going to into room, smelled nice and fresh carpets were very clean.Loved the hot tub and the swimming pool wish it could be opened until 12 midnight then 9 pm. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed wasn’t that comfortable hurt my back when I got up in the morning. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Enjoyed the breakfast nice variety of items to eat. ”

“This is our 2nd time at this location and it's proven to be as great at the 1st. This will be our go to spot for sure when in the DMV Area. Our son lives in Tacoma, so this is perfect for us as a 12 mins drive. Breakfast is top notch. Parking on site is convenient. A full Starbucks store in the building is amazing. We'll be back.”

“Our stay at the Downtown Courtyard was fantastic. The parking garage being attached to the hotel was a bonus. Our room was clean and we were greeted by a wonderful employee at check-in. Would defiantly stay here again”

“Colazione ricca: uova strapazzate, hamburger, pane tostato, due tipi di bagel, waffle fatti al momento con sciroppo d’acero, cereali e latte, musli e frutta disidratata per lo yogurt, 4tipi diversi di latte, caffè, muffin freschi. Ottimo! ”
