THE SPACE
Enjoy a spacious, light-filled living area designed for relaxed holiday living. The open-plan living and dining space flows seamlessly onto the undercover alfresco area, creating an ideal space for entertaining and enjoying time outdoors. The home features a large living room with smart TV, additional TVs in the dining area and outdoor alfresco, plus comfortable indoor and outdoor dining. The undercover alfresco area also includes a BBQ, overlooking the pool. The master bedroom offers a private ensuite for added comfort and convenience. The main bathroom is centrally located between Bedrooms 3 and 4, providing easy access for guests.

Pet friendly for small dogs only. Pre-approval required as courtesy to the property owner. Kindly inform us about the type of pet and age, or chat to us about your needs. Maximum of 2 small dogs. Pets not allowed on beds or lounges. No cats please. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Linen is provided, all beds are made up for your convenience. Simply rock up and relax! Please bring your own beach towels.

The pool is a salt and chlorine mix pool and is available for your use. Pool servicing is completed weekly.

No school groups, under 21 groups, bucks or hens parties, large loud adult groups, events.
Quiet time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.

You cannot check-in/check-out on Xmas day 25 December, please adapt your dates, as this is our only day off during the year. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
