“Before booking, I called the hotel to confirm a 2 PM late checkout because my family was in town for a church revival. I spoke with Tia?, who said it would be no problem. At check‑in, I mentioned it again and was told the same thing. The room was clean and comfortable, no issues there. The problem was housekeeping & communication or the lack of it. Despite having a confirmed late checkout: • 9:30 AM: Housekeeping knocked on the door. • 11:30–11:45 AM: Another knock from a different staff...
