Our new, spacious, and cozy home offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for you and your family or friends. Conveniently located just minutes from many of Lake Charles’ top attractions, the home is only 3 miles from the new Mallard Golf Club and within close proximity to McNeese State University, downtown Lake Charles, Prien Lake Mall, and the area’s popular casinos.

With I-210 just blocks away, getting around Lake Charles is quick and easy—everything the city has to offer is within a 15-minute drive, including the Country Club Golf Course at the Golden Nugget. Our home features modern smart-home amenities, fast Wi-Fi, and convenient parking for a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Property exceeded our expectations. Definitely will stay at this property the next time we’re in town. It was just like going home. The house was just as described in the listing. There are restaurants close to the house and a shopping mall less than a mile away. I highly recommend this rental .

This s the second time staying here. We come down every year to do a family guided fishing trip and Lake Charles is a 30 min drive away. House is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The owner Demmick is a wonderful person to work with. Answered me quickly when I had a question. Would stay again for a third time.

Traumatic Brain Injury Treatment Stay

The house was beautiful and clean. paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags were well provided for. The only issue we had was my husband had to tighten up two door knobs (pantry and a bedroom) on the first day as well as the master bedroom fan of which the pull string would not pull correctly due to being fed through the wrong way. The only complaint we have is the living room fan is very noisy and the alarm kept chirping. I really meant to message you about the chirping, but we were just busy between therapies and squeezing in work.

Great Stay!!!

Everything was quick and easy from the check in time to the check out time. Property Manager was quick to answer any issues that we had. House was clean and spacious for our two boys to play around. Would 10/10 recommend again!

Great House! We enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were only 2 min away from the soccer fields and that was so nice! We came back to the house between games to have lunch. This location is very convenient. The house was very clean and smelled nice. I appreciated that I could park in the garage. It is a very quiet neighborhood. And, the Wi-Fi was fast! Excellent house and the host was very helpful in answering a couple of questions I had. Thank you!!!!!

Weekend Casino Trip

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The host was very responsive when I had questions before booking. The home was nice and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect.
