“The property is located right in the heart of Lake City, next to Lake Pepin! It's easy to get to and has a nice set up with an open kitchen to living room concept which is great for a stay with friends or family! The sauna is nice and the backyard looked perfect for summer hangouts (we were there in January so couldn't enjoy that but I imagine it's nice!)”

“Quiet area, plenty of room for kids to run around. They loved finding dinosaurs!! Could use some more young kid inside games, a box of tissues and oil on bathroom door hinges, pretty squeaky.”

“Quaint house within walking distance to restaurants (2) . Beautiful area and can see Lake Pepin from back deck. It is close to railroad track which we were told in description. We didn’t mind hearing the trains-some people might. Comfortable furniture in house. Kitchen and bathroom have been updated. Other restaurants and shops within short driving distance. Nice hikes nearby also. We had a good stay.”

“the property was not worth the price. second bed was not a king as stated. pulling back covers revealed a hair ball causing guests to sleep in their clothes. heat in lower level was non existent … guests staying there also slept in clothes. Remodel was subpar; while we did not use shower/bath the remodel included corrugated metal tub surround. for around 800 for checkin at 2 pm and checkout less than 24 hrs later we expected more. ”

“The owner obviously takes pride in maintaining this property… inside and out. The home was well stocked and very clean. Our only complaint is being too close to the highway. ”
