3 Bedroom/2 1/2 Bathroom Home - Additional 2 Bedroom/1bathroom Apartment; Sleeps up to 14.

Views of Lake San Cristobal and the surrounding mountains await you and your family in this beautiful, modern, family cabin located on the north shore of the lake. It has a large family kitchen with all the amenities including a double oven, gas cooktop, large refrigerator and plenty of room for everyone to gather. There is a large dining room and living room with windows all around to enjoy the views. The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms are all modern and clean. There is an apartment over the garage with an additional two bedrooms and one bathroom for your extra guests. The property is not pet friendly and no exceptions will be made.

Come up and enjoy the southwestern Colorado mountains in the amazing family home.

This has been the best place so far we have stayed in Lake City. Excellent View!! 2 of the bathrooms have really small tubs and showers but we made them work. Kitchen was well stocked. Better than anything we have seen in Lake City for that would host 14.

Great house. Beautiful location. Scenery and access to the lake is amazing. Would be nice to have use of kayaks or a canoe since the property already has a dock. The house could use a "deep cleaning" to clear cobwebs and dust. We had a great week in a beautiful house!

The property was amazing! We had a great stay and felt fortunate to ride SXSs each day to and from town and on the many trails around. The house was better than I had hoped for. Great trip!

Alpine Loop Getaway

Property looks just like the pictures. Plenty of space for friends and family. We hauled our wheelers and the yard was able to accommodate 3 pickups and large trailers, Peaceful and the view was beautiful.

Picturesque and Peaceful

Where do I begin? The most amazing location with the most amazing view. We absolutely loved spending the week here. Perfect location between town and the Alpine Loop and easy access to Lake San Cristobal. The house is very spacious (we had 7 adults and one toddler). Tannah was great to work with all week anytime we needed anything and we can’t wait to return next year! Bring bug spray for the back porch - otherwise, everything you need is provided at the house!
