“The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging.”

“Excellent hotel! The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. The room was clean & full of amenities. It was a surprisingly large room with plenty of room to spread out. Had a separate room with a couch, mini desk/table & wet bar with coffee maker, fridge, & microwave. Location was great. Walkable to downtown restaurants & bars & the park. Parking lot is shared with a CVS & a mini plaza with stores but I didn’t have any issues with parking. They also had a complimentary happy hour with 2 free drinks...

“The room was very clean! The hotel was amazingly beautiful. The hotel staff including the front desk were so nice… the free shuttle service and the drivers were amazing! The bed on the other hand had one of the hardest pillows I have ever slept on. Like a rock to a garden… We went to the front desk to look for a place to get pizza and it would have been nice if we were directed to have the option of room service ordered or at least a menu in the room. Other than that it was a great overnight...

“This property is not close enough to downtown Saratoga Springs to be this expensive off season. I paid $170 for one night, and the room was just flat out depressing. Old, loud AC and heating system, and there really is NO hospitality at this location. The TV was fixed on the wall and the only place you could see it was to sit at a computer table. If you were on the couch or in the bed good luck! My real issue was how stressful it was to check in after driving almost 5 hours to get there. After...

“Multiple areas to discuss here. (1) Positive-- Staff was incredible & helpful at all times. Property located center of downtown, very clean & newly renovated. (2) Negative--- parking is limited to 10 spots. Street parking is limited 3hrs & almost impossible to find a spot. Parking garage behind motel is free on top level. Motel is located in center of downtown, so very noisy. Windows dont block any noise, walls very thin so can hear everything in rooms next to yours & outside. Night 1,Got woken...

“Had a fantastic stay here, wonderful welcome from Brian on the front desk, and also a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was a very nice surprise. All the staff were great and the hotel is lovely. Enjoyed the gym and the indoor pool area. Good location to explore lovely Saratoga Springs for our short stopover on the way to NYC.”

“Hotel wasn't like the HoltonsbI & my husband are used to. It wasn't very inviting at all. Light covers in hallways were cracked & broken(pics to follow)I e machine wasn't clean... Bathroom had mold. Charged $12.00 for continental breakfast because they didn't have cook. Ridiculous! Linens didn't fit bed. I would rate this a 3 out of 10 & that's cause I'm nice. Not even free coffe in reception area. I will never stay there again & I would like a refund!!!!! ”
