“Only came in contact with one member of staff at the desk, she was very polite and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Shower pressure could be better but it's still usable. In a nice location, very quiet at night.”

I was a little disappointed to see Haigh Whisky is no longer served. When we first stayed here, Barry introduced me to Haigh cocktails.
We will revisit when the hotel refurbishment is complete. ”

There were no toothpaste and brush set kept in bathroom where they will be kept in most of the hotels.

“The location was perfect, a very welcoming atmosphere in all areas, lots of banter with the staff who were all amazing. The breakfast was first class as were our evening meals. Beautiful outdoor area, grounds kept to a high standard. Looking forward to returning.”
