“Helpful and friendly staff. The whole place was clean and welcoming. Will be back!”

“The hot tub was filthy, the beds were hard. Floors were dirty. It was so loud all night. Left after one night and cancelled night two. I have had good experiences with Baymont’s in this past but this one was terrible ”

“First room smelled like cat pee could not even stand to be in it. They moved me to another room that smelt better but there were stains on the bed and the TV did not work. I left and did not stay”

“The worst accommodation I ever stayed. Staff is untrained no professionalism. No clean amenities and stains everywhere. No refill of supplies and no room services. Basic breakfast is also worst to the point. Every thing in the room was falling apart”

“Room was clean and front desk staff very helpfull. Did not stay for breakfast so I have no input on that”

“One of our bedside tables had dried used contacts stuck to them. Clearly the staff forgot to clean the tables. Our room had us up all night because the room above us - anytime they moved all we could hear were squeaky floors like we were staying in an old war home. When I brought both issues up to the staff they said on that’s horrible and then offered no solutions.”

“The place was in ok condition, needs some updates here and there. They had a little market, but from what I could see, it only had pop and a few other things; I saw no chips.”

“Love everything about the hotel, the fresh ground coffee was amazing and so was the pancake maker, such a plus. The girls love watching their pancakes get cooked.”

“Except the convenience of the accessibility to the terminal, there are nothing to say good about this hotel specially for it's price. It's just a normal westin. However if you have a flight any other airlines except Delta, you should take a shuttle for the north terminal and the bus stop is right outside of the hotel but it takes a long way. It took almost 30 min. for us from the room to the UA check-in counter.”
