“House really needs a good deep cleaning. Floors needed vacuumed, bathroom sink was dirty and the wall had toothpaste splattered on it. There were only 2 wash cloths for 5 people so we had to drive 30 minutes to buy new ones. The yard needs picked up also, not very inviting. Trash, wood and junk scattered around.”

“We looked forward to a good experience. It was much less, in fact it was terrible. An hour after checking in, I received a phone call from the owner.
