“Dismal, dated, desperately in need of a makeover. Dark interior, shabby bathroom. Surprisingly clean however and breakfast was typical. ”

“They could use a breakfast bar. I thought they had one so I was on a quandary about what to do. My desk person was very helpful.”

“it took a while for us to get someone at the front desk after calling and calling and waiting for about 30 minutes someone finally came”

“Bathroom sink was stopped up. The tub had a large rust make in the bottom.”

“I chose not to stay! It smelled of smoke, had 2 dirty tables in a so called tiny lobby, rooms were not what was reserved and smelled from smoke and looked awful ”

“I didn’t need the air conditioning. The hotel,is,older, but has been remodeled and is very clean and comfortable.”

“We stayed here for one night as we were doing some college tours, the beds were comfortable however the room cleanliness was poor as there was food crumbs all over the carpet, hair on the bathroom floor and shower. The breakfast bar had a couple of different options to choose from but the food did not taste freshly made. Overall it was good place to sleep and recover.”

“The staff are so friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would stay here again. ”

“ Everything about this place was excellent. The suite was spacious and clean. The amenities were all eco- friendly. We always look for a hotel which includes breakfast — the breakfast here was one of the best we’ve had! There was a large variety of meal options: eggs with potatoes & bacon, yogurt with fresh fruit & granola, oatmeal, waffle maker, fresh baked scones and fresh fruit— including cut up grapefruit, strawberries and grapes. Will absolutely stay here again.”

“This property was an excellent choice for our stay. The Front Desk staff were so friendly and courteous. The lady who set out the breakfast did a fantastic job making sure everything was stocked, and she made sure it was kept clean. Truly enjoyed out stay. Highly recommend Holiday Inn Express in Streetsboro, Ohio. It was a really nice and very clean property.”

“The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel radiated a homey vibe with beautifully designed common areas that invited you to sit, relax, eat, or have a drink. Rooms were big, comfortable, and clean. Bedding was also very clean and comfortable. Desk with wired internet was available as well.”
