Hotel vicino a Lake Helen - Ozark

“Very nasty doors, floors, walls, toilets, this is the second attempt here and will be the last. Beyond disappointed and disgusted.”

“So first of all i am handicapped. There was abig plastic pipe in front of the steps leading to our room. There was no railing on the steps. Once in the room there was only a hard little plastic chair. I have a bad back. I could not sit in this chair. On a good note when i went back to the office i was given a refund and went elsewhere that night. Manager was super nice. The room was clean. I did not like the lighting. It was in the ceiling and was super bright. No other lighting in the room. ...

“Love this hotel its a family business. One of the bosses ask us want we would like to for breakfast, the next morning he had bagels delivered. My son loved the pool. Everything at this hotel was wonderful. Its clean with very friendly staff. If you travel to Alabama you wont be disappointed by staying at the Western hotel. Thank You to all the staff.”

“The staff went out of their way to make sure were were comfortable after having a night of the comode running and a lumpy bed. But the next night and following nights were very comfortable.”

“What spa? This was destroyed from the storm. Room smelled. 25 wat bulb. See thru towels. no plug for the tub. Did not stay, please refund me, office was locked. lobby was a store room.”
