“The room and staff are excellent. But my car was broke and I had to get road side assistance and I had to finally check in 7hours late almostissed check in time. After driving in the dark and rush hour,which I planned my trip around,but because the car,they switched me for. I originally book a sports car three months in advance. And they gave me an electric car not even charged up. Well on the spot and ola very tight time schedule,I was stuck with what they gave me. And it's been a disaster. But...

“I had an excellent stay at Sandman Signature Dallas Las Colinas Hotel & Suites. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well maintained. You can tell they take pride in cleanliness and attention to detail.
The service was truly amazing the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.”

Breakfast was great and although I didn’t swim, the pool looked really nice and it was indoor. I would definitely stay here again, I am starting to prefer Hyatt over anyone else because I can always count on them to be consistent.”
