“First when we arrived, we were greeted by several insects right when you opened the door. There were ants and centipedes around the house and it likely needs sprayed for insects. They were on the floor, walls, bathroom, in the lights, etc. mainly on the first floor. The floor was very clearly not vacuumed and the living room carpet looked like the floor of a frat house. The door to the laundry room was initially closed and when we opened it the room was very hot and steamy. We pulled the dryer...

“SUPER Clean, well-laid out, and just as advertised! The hosts were great, the check-in could not have been easier. We loved this place, even though it was only for one weekend.”

“We loved this house! We had a few couples come for the weekend for my 30th birthday. There were multiple living/common areas which made it easy and flexible. The bedrooms were quiet and clean. Bathrooms were amazing, I loved the towel warmers! It was close to the mountain so going to and from was easy. Only issue we had was getting an uber home from dinner in Warwick, so consider that if you’re leaving the area! Would definitely rent again. ”

“Good communication, price, and beautiful lake views. New appliances and an updated, large kitchen with a huge island, which is a nice feature. Overall, though, the place could use some work. The upgrades are “landlord special” style. The couches are not comfortable or spacious, and the house lacks a dining table so the only option is the island and doesn’t work well even for two couples.
