Maintenance issues
A bunch of weird items. First the elevator was broken so we took a room on the 2nd fl. Then they fixed the elevator & put some super noisy people above us so we moved to the 3rd fl & our auto entry had the batteries go bad so maintenance had to come fix that. Overall annoying but staff was excellent in helping us.

All around high marks
Deciding to stay here was an all-around win. The check-in was easy and pleasant, the rooms were well appointed, neat, and clean, the breakfast was great, the hotel was quiet... I honestly cannot think of a single negative thing about my stay - a great stay, especially for the price!

Amazing front desk personnel
Just wanted to say thank you to Debbie at the front desk who was such a savior when my car almost ran out of battery! She was so kind and let me stay in the lobby for a long as I needed to after almost getting stranded out there for a funeral I was attending in Lake Jackson. I would recommend that they get their charging station looked at-it may even be slower than plugging into a regular outlet. I ended up booking a room and staying for over 10 hours because the outlet was so slow. Also there was a cleaning cloth left on the floor of my bathroom and the room wasn’t vacuumed well as there was some candy still in the floor from the previous guest. But the bed was super comfortable and linens were really clean and I wouldn’t really hesitate to stay there again should I ever find myself in the area.
