The balcony was perfect. It had plenty of seating and you can see the house from the beach. We brought our beagle and we could keep an eye on her while she slept in the shade on the balcony.

Cant beat the location. Beach and bar within 50 feet of the house. Nearby shops for anything you forgot. The host was easy to contact and even let us check in early. We will be coming back.

Relaxing time…

My wife and I had our 39th anniversary. The house was clean and quiet. The beach is only steps away. Restaurant/bar is only a few more with decent food and drinks. We’ll be back to this place again. Maybe in the fall, we’re looking forward to it.

In for a family event. This beach house was the perfect way to relax after time with family. The beach house was clean, had great views, close to a restaurant, quick walk to the beach and supplied nicely. The host John was always quick to respond to questions.

Christmas present for the grands

The great-granddaughters gave up presents for a trip to the beach. Which I was very excited about because I personally wanted to go. As soon as they said that I got on the computer and found this wonderful house. John was so easy to work with. The location was perfect. The house had everything we needed. If you can believe it the girls swam every day. The weather was better than perfect for this time of year. John, I loved the way the house is laid out. Awesome Host

Great location to the beach and beautiful property. The host was very easy to communicate with through the whole process. They even contacted us prior to our trip to remind us to bring bug spray! The bridge over the dunes does have stairs, so if you have a cooler or anything heavy, it is worth the $12 beach access to drive around to the beach. NOTICE....the beach is one way. I had no idea and now I have had the privilege of being pulled over by a cop in a golf cart. Overall experience was great. Would book again.

Fantastic place to relax and spend time with loved ones and friends

Everyone liked where they slept and we spent a lot of time on The porch. The house was comfortable for the five of us. We had HEB deliver groceries from Lake Jackson and was convienent and helpful. The host responded quickly and made the trip very easy to manage. . Beach was great too.

Charmant mit kleinen Ecken

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus 13 Tage Strandurlaub verbracht. In Surfside Beach weilten wir zum 2. mal und es war wieder traumhaft. Zur Unterkunft: 3 Schlafzimmer klar strukturiert, großes Wohnzimmer mit Eßbereich und offener Küche, zweckmäßig und ordentlich eingerichtet. Fernseher un den Schlafzimmern und Riesenfernseher im Wohnbereich. Von der Einrichtung alles da, was man braucht. Kleine Anmerkung: Herd mit Backofen und Waschmaschine/Trockner könnten durchaus mal erneuert werden. Zusätzlich ist in der Küche aller nötiger technischer Schnickschnack vorhanden. Gründsätzlich sollten mal die Wasserabflüsse gereinigt werden, einige Krabbeltierchen mußten wir schon beseitigen. Achtung: bei nächtlichem Regen schlüpfen unter dem Wohnbereich die Moskitos in Massen, also entsprechendes Spray nicht vergessen. Dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts! Fazit: Angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit einem netten Vermieter an einem schönen Fleckchen Erde! Wir würden wieder kommen!
