“What I was the most disappointed in was the cleaning of the room, I was told since I was going to be staying for 3 days 4 nights they would only go once to clean. I was fine with that but the one time they did go clean, room was not vacuum, trash was not removed, soap dispenser in shower was not refilled, bed was not made.”

“The hotel was fairly new it swmmed. It melled so fresh as I entered the lobbby. Not the typical old hotel smell. The customer service was excellent. I was greeted by friendly staff and refreshements. I would highly recommend..”
