Hotel con servizio concierge a Lake Las Vegas

“We were there off season and even though it was nearly 100 degrees each day, the pool was only open until 5pm. The slide was closed. The staff was confused and gave conflicting information when asked. The restaurant was understaffed. Food was not bad. The room smelled of wet cleaning towel when we entered. There was no fan in the bathroom which was problematic since 3 of us were sharing. There was no option of 2 queen beds. Instead we were left with 2 doubles. Which really is not enough...

“La struttura è sicuramente di buon livello, forse anche ottimo livello (in un giorno e mezzo è difficile giudicare accuratamente), ben tenuta e curata. Purtroppo la nostra stanza confinava esternamente con un rumoroso impianto di ventilazione che la notte disturbava il sonno (grave errore di progetto per un hotel di questo livello). “Suite con 2 camere da letto molto spaziosa e ben arredata anche se un po’ vecchiotta.la pulizia un po’ frettolosa.posizione non centralissima sulla strip bisogna fare qualche km per arrivare in centro.”
