“We went the second week of October - when we booked it was not noted anywhere on the booking that the pool would be closed for the season - and then on top of that they still charged a resort fee but the resort is not open - we asked for a resort refund since there wasn’t any part of the resort open and was denied - they said we could use the spa pool but for adults only and it closed at 5pm”

“We stayed in a double room that was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was very pet friendly, which made traveling with my dog a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, and everyone greeted us with a smile. The continental breakfast offered a variety of fresh options. I recommend staying here and plan to return in the near future.”
