Hotel per fare shopping a Lake Las Vegas

“Staff did their best. Room was not available at appropriate check in time...had to wait an hour for a room. When finally got a room, the AC was not working and had to deal with getting new room and moving luggage. Front desk staff and Manager tried to fix and it was appreciated. Would definitely give them another try as property is ver nice.”

“La struttura nel complesso non è male. Ha a disposizione diversi bar, un grande casino e con la navetta metro gratis che connette all Excalibur. La camera non era male nella torre ma la verità avevo fatto richiesta di housekeeping durante il soggiorno per la pulizia della camera e durante 6 giorni non sono mai venuti a riordinare o pulire quindi per me una nota dolente. ”

“Camera spaziosa e pulita. Senza una gran vista nonostante il decimo piano. Strana anche la mancanza nel frigorifero di bevande o acqua. Avrei altresì gradito in bollitore o un mezzo per prepararmi il caffè!”

“Good Location, cleaning service is not excellent ( room was not cleaned for 1 day) and lot of extras have been charged to the final bill without reason”

“Avevamo prenotato una stanza doppia standard e al momento del check-in ci è stata data una suite senta sovrapprezzo, una bellissima sorpresa! L’hotel ha tutto quello che un ospite potrebbe desiderare (chiaramente a pagamento!) È stato decisamente un ottimo soggiorno”
