“We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect for our family of 9 and our fur baby. The house was stocked up with EVERYTHING we needed and more. We were super impressed with everything it offered. It was a great location and close to all the fun things we wanted to do, Sleeping bear dunes, Glen Arbor, yummy restaurants and Fishtown. Good Harbor beach and Van beach were our favorites!! We made a lot of great memories and we’ll definitely be back!”

“The accommodations were fine and access to the property was easy. It’s located some distance to restaurants and grocery shopping, but not an inconvenience. One issue we did have was access to the dock. We were lead to believe that it was a part of the property itself even though it was across from a somewhat busy road. We only learned of not having access to it only upon reading rules of the house. Fortunately, we didn’t need the dock, but it would have been nice to see the bay close up.”

“Beautiful home with a perfect amount of space for 9 of us, very clean and very well-maintained. Perfect location between Traverse City and Suttons Bay, near countless wineries, cideries and restaurants. Loved having coffee in the morning on the front deck with a glimpse of the bay through the trees and birds singing, the kids (teens) enjoyed kayaking, and we all enjoyed time around the firepit in the evenings. Excellent home to reconnect with family and nature.”

“Location was great, a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. The rental was not particularly clean and was probably rushed to market after a low effort flip. Faucets and bath fixtures are not properly installed, door handles are not mounted correctly, light fixtures are limited and its often the equivalent of a plain bulb in the ceiling. Glass top range has not been properly cleaned, and has a crusty brown coating on each burner. Trim was roughly painted, just one of many details...
