Stunning Lake Michigan Home with fireplace, steam room and sauna!

Setback from M22, this home has incredible sunset views of Lake Michigan and more than 200 feet of lake frontage as well as the ability to walk for miles along the Good Harbor Bay Beach. The living room has a massive fireplace for chilly nights. A Gourmet kitchen if you feel like cooking.
The main floor Master bedroom has a fireplace, jetted tub and a large walk in shower. It also has an attached office/library with windows overlooking Lake Michigan. The 2nd Master is located on the second floor. It boasts a large walk in shower in it's own private bath. The second floor game room will provide entertainment for the entire family and features a kitchenette, pool table, ping pong table, foos ball and large TV.
The 3rd Bedroom is a King suite with a private bath, tub and a walk in shower and attached bunk room with 4 twin beds.
The lower lever features a resort style sauna and steam room, exercise room and another bath with a large walk in shower.
Need more room? This home can accommodate up to 28. For an additional fee, you have the option to add 1, 2 or 3 more private bedroom suites to bring more of your family. Each suite has a king bed, private bath with a tub and a walk in shower and a bonus bunk room with 4 twin beds.
The view of Manitou islands, Whaleback and Pyramid Point is breathtaking. The location is a few minutes from Fishtown, Leland, wineries and a short drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes.

A dream come true!

My husband and I got married on a nearby beach and booked this house for our friends and family to stay at for the weekend. We had 25 people stay at the house and there was more than enough room for everyone. The pictures do not capture how beautiful this property really is. It felt like we were staying at our own private resort. The morning of the wedding we all enjoyed the steam room and sauna before swimming in Lake Michigan. The views from every single room of the house were breathtaking. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. I hope I can find another excuse to stay at this gorgeous property again!

Paradise on Lake Michigan

It's just perfect! The views of Lake Michigan are stunning and the house is huge and beautifully appointed. We are return customers and they've updated it even more since last year. The swimming pool, complete with waterfall, is lovely and so inviting. We enjoyed the dry sauna and the separate steam room as well as the outdoor hot tub! The beach front is gloriously expansive. It felt like our own personal corner of paradise and we can't wait to return.

Spectacular beachfront home with everything you could want!

Fantastic stay! This large and comfortable home is located on a beautiful stretch of beach on Lake Michigan, Lake views from the home are amazing. The home itself has everything you could want and more - gorgeous private beach complete with kayak and paddleboard, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for meals for 12 ( or more), comfortable beds with luxury bedding, pool, hot tub, sauna, workout room, game room including ping pong table and foozball and so much more. Its close to several cute towns ( Leland, Lake Leelanu Glen Arbor) with cute restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Lots of wine tasting nearby. Great bike riding and hiking nearby, Literally, everything you could want for a fantastic stay!

Incredible Lake Michigan home

What an amazing home on the lake that had everything that you would find in a resort. The house had room for all four adults children, plus wives and a bunk rooms for the grandchildren.

Better than expected

We were excited about this place, and then we got there. Right off the bat, this home blew our expectations out of the water. It was newer, nicer, and bigger than we expected based on the photos and descriptions. The views from the kitchen, outdoor patio, and bedroom are AMAZING. We couldn’t get enough! Everything was clean and organized and we appreciated the guidebook that was put together - there were some great recommendations in there! We went to two of the recommended restaurants nearby (Fiddleheads & Market 22) and LOVED the food. We were reluctant to leave the house as we were enjoying so much time on the water, but headed to nearby towns that weren’t too far away at all. Leland is only 15min away, Sutttons Bay was 20min, and Traverse City only about 30min. It was such a great home base for us. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND and hope to come back with family next time!

Our own personal Four Seasons resort

The location, house, and amenities were all truly exceptional! The house is right on the shore of Lake Michigan and the views from the huge windows along the entire back of the house are amazing. The expansive kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms are beautiful, well-appointed, inviting, and very comfortable. And then there's the huge and lovely TV and game room: pool table, ping-pong table, foos ball... did I mention huge! There is a resort-style sauna and separate steam room, and an outdoor hot tub that looks out over the lake. We enjoyed walking for miles down the sandy beach that is right at the bottom of a short stone path off the back porch. It would be hard to overstate the beauty and spaciousness of this house -- it truly felt like we were at our own private Four seasons resort!

Beautiful Home and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The view of the lake is gorgeous from the back deck and the large windows all throughout the home. Enjoying dinner at the large dining table, with views of the lake, was so peaceful. The bedroom suites were relaxing. It was nice to have the bunk beds connected to our bedroom suite, since we had three young children. The Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The romper room was also a nice place to relax in the evenings. Cara was an excellent host. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Best location on the lake!

The house is beautiful, expansive, and comfortable. Tons of hangout space for everyone. Loved the kitchen and bar area. Living room has lots of comfy conversation area. The massive windows on the main level have expansive views of the lake, which is so close, you feel like you're right out on the beach from within the house. Lingering family dinners with that background were wonderful!

Amazing Property!!

It was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Well worth the money. I can't wait to come back in the summer and use the pool and hot tub. The sunsets by the fire place were absolutely beautiful. We didn't want to ever leave.

Heaven in Sleeping Bear Dunes

I was transitioning between jobs and this home was perfect to relax and get away from it all. The space is more beautiful than the pictures. The fireplaces are to die for… and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. When a pipe broke (most likely due to the weather) the property manager was on top of it. We particularly enjoyed the steam sauna which was nicer than some health clubs. Bottom line, we loved it. Wish it was more available.

Spacious, warm & cozy home with amazing views

We enjoyed the modular approach to renting this beautiful home which allowed us to scale to the size of our party. In addition to the first and second floor masters and the king suite, we added two more suites. There are many cool places to hang out including near the fireplace overlooking the lake on the ground floor or in the game room upstairs where we enjoyed ping pong, pool and foosball matches.

Great Spot for a Girls' Weekend!

The perfect spot for our girls’ weekend getaway before the kids come home for the holidays. We woke to the beautiful lake view, walked along the shore, hiked nearby, and explored the cute local towns for a little Christmas shopping. This house has 4 private bedroom suites in addition to the two master bedrooms. We rented three additional bedrooms so everyone had their own king size bed and bath! Both nights we cooked in the lovely and well stocked kitchen and watched movies in the game room upstairs. A roaring fire in the large fireplace was a highlight of the trip! Some of us took advantage of the awesome sauna and steam room for a little ‘spa’ time. Thanks to our host, Cara, for helping us with logistics and great recommendations. We will definitely make this a yearly tradition!

The Best Views in Michigan

This is the coolest house to get away from it all—once you pull off M-22 you get dropped right in the middle of nature and can forget the rest of the world exists. We were able to fit 8 very comfortably between the main house and one of the suites. Gorgeous view of Lake Michigan and the Manitou Islands (the islands from the Sleeping Bear legend) with a perfect living room for watching winter sunsets over the water. The lake is chilly this time of year but it’s possible to walk several miles in either direction along the beach and the sauna and steam room were perfect for heating up afterward. The house has everything you could want for a lake/hiking weekend and Leland and Glen Arbor are close by if you need anything. There are plenty of hiking trails drivable nearby with views of the dunes and the lake, and the best part is you get most of the same views when you return to the house. Can’t wait to come back! I know Crystal Mountain is pretty close and this seems like it would be a great base camp for a ski weekend.

Leelanau Dream House

Wow! What a terrific property. Gorgeous sunset views, great for our large, multi family group. Super kitchen and eating areas. We loved the sauna and steam room and hope to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We had some nice hikes in the dunes and lots of good family fun around the fire.

Awesome “Private Resort” with amazing sunset views on Lake Michigan

Hotel Resorts have nothing on this stunning property. We had a perfect weekend with amazing sunsets, a fire on the beach, long walks along the shore and then coming inside for a sauna and steam room! Can't say enough about this place, the owner and our host Cara were gracious and accommodating. Great communication from reservation to departure. Everything was clean and well cared for. Our group raved about the house and the location and how much they enjoyed it. There was not a bad room in the house – all with amazing lake views and waking up to the sound of the surf. The home is quiet and stocked with everything I could imagine to need. As an amateur cook I had all the tools I require at home to craft delightful brunches and dinners. One day was a little stormy and we made a cozy fire in the massive indoor fireplace as we watched the storm come in over the lake. The upstairs game room kept us entertained for hours with pool, ping pong and fussball tournaments among our competitive group. Everyone was able to be together comfortably or settle in cozy private areas for reading and catching up on email – the wifi was great. We will definitely be back this summer with extended family and more friends to enjoy the water and the expansive swimming pool. We were able to enjoy the town with great meals and stopped at the Hop Lot Brewing Co. for a beer (maybe two). We would love to explore the wineries and other towns on our next visit. Overall, a wonderful home, a wonderful trip, and we can’t wait to come again.
