“We absolutely loved our stay at this casino/resort. The resort was clean. The rooms were updated. The staff was super friendly. We enjoyed the sports book, the restaurants, and the bowling alley. Not to mention a brand new pool and hot tub.”

“Our room wasn't ready at 4:20 PM, but they found us another room and helped move our baggage to it. Very nice front desk staff. Room has a wall thermostat set to 70 degrees. It want it warmer, there is a switch for HEAT or COLD. We used HEAT for the nite at 71 degrees. The heater came came on but it was so loud. It woke us up a couple times in the nite. It went off for a couple hours and then ran for about 10 min. ”

“The host was nice and communicative, and the unit was generally clean. However, the box spring for the one queen bed was soooo loud and obnoxious. The tiniest movement caused so much noise! All night long, we’d be woken up when either of us even just slightly shifted. We ended up taking the mattress off the box spring and laying it on the floor of the kitchen, and we slept so much better that way. “We had a nice clean double queen room and everything else was fine. The one item we were disappointed with was that all of the movie stations on the TV were in Spanish with English subtitles. Since we don’t speak Spanish and at 85 years of age have poor eyesight we couldn’t watch any movies and we had hoped to do that in the two evenings we stayed. It made for a very boring night experience. ”

“Staff are polite and helpful. The hotel is in a VERY sketchy neighborhood and appears to be a long term rental for people on public assistance. Lots people of coming and going, people wandering around outside our room at all hours, cats in the window, etc. My husband was nervous about leaving his truck there while he slept. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I wouldn't stay here again. ”

“Bed was cheap and uncomfortable. The attendant was not on duty when I arrived and was away from the front desk. When he arrived he gave me a key that didn’t work. I went back to the front desk and he wasn’t there. Finally he showed up and re-keyed the card. The door still wouldn’t open. The attendant said the battery for the door lock was dead. He installed a new battery and the key worked. ”
