“Enjoyed our stay! The hot pool was a great feature. Waiter staff and the front desk were friendly and helpful. We booked a king with a mountain view. Unlike the pitcures shown here, some of those rooms are blocked by a roof across from the room. ”

“Hotel had a gorgeous mountain view, really close to the main part of town, easily walkable (2 blocks). The hotel staff was amazing, really knowledgeable about the tours and able to help book things for us. Parking is on site and safe. I won't stay anywhere else in Banff! ”

“Absolutely loved the cabin feel of a hotel room with a fireplace to make it extra cozy! Could not have asked for a more beautiful view of the mountains to wake up to. Hotel staff and all the people at Sudden Sally were so friendly. Highlight of our afternoons were the delicious espresso martinis at happy hour…perfect for starting your evening. Bus stop right across the street made it easy to get to any spots in town quickly!”

“Quiet ”

“The property was great! The room was clean and quiet, and the staff fluffed it up daily while we were out hiking. The hot tub/pool area had a great ambiance with the lowered lighting at night and the smell of eucalyptus. The location of the lodge is great as it's right next to the center of town. It was easy to walk to restaurants, view the mountains, go to the historic Parks headquarters, etc. Although other reviewers mentioned difficulty in finding a parking space in the underground garage...
