“Room and property was maintained. Couple things that would have been nice: either microwave in the rooms or shared lounge area. Wished there was more sound proofing in the walls. We were in the first floor and could hear TV the next door neighbor. We could hear upstairs neighbors walking and kids running and stomping. This was not pleasant and probably deterred us from returning.”

Pool was very small, underground parking very tight with a larger rental. Fortunately, they allowed us to park our vehicles out front when we could not fit in the underground spaces left at the end of the day. “The from was recently redone, nice however upon checking in after 230 pm, the desk clerk said “ I am going to upgrade you to a larger room so you don’t have to wait for your room to be done” OK, funny since it was pretty late afternoon and the hotel wasn’t even 50percent full, got to the very nice room. 1st floor in a back corner and street level with our view of the passerby’s not 20 feet from our windows. “I would stay here again! It's only a 5 min drive to Canmore and it's partly remote but directly accessible to the main highway that will get you to Banff in 20 minutes. I will say though, the jacuzzi is a shared jacuzzi with other travellers.”
