“Shout out to the reception staff who were all lovely and the cleaning crew. Probably one of the cleanest properties Ive ever stayed in. Property was in a great location for us, walking distance to the train station and the Quay. The area does get a bit rough after dark especially on weekends though, as it does in any city. The immediate area around the property is a little rough looking with boarded up empty buildings, but walking along Murray street is fine. My only suggestion is to bring...

“Rooms were clean, neat, well equipped and quiet. Bed was comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, excellent selection in buffet style, so of course not freshly cooked. Only criticism would be that tables be cleared and wiped a bit quicker so new patrons have a clean spot to sit without needing to ask. ”
