“Very clean and great service! The whole place is bean-themed which is very cute. Every part of the welcome snack and breakfasts had some kind of bean. They also have very nice free homemade drinks. Your room also has a chocolate bean snack which is really yummy! There’s a private toilet (no bath) and sink in your room, with plenty of private baths available on the first floor. “One night was definitely not enough! Clean room, great amenities, a wide variety of delicious buffet options, and three relaxing hot springs. I did notice a comment about one of the baths, which I understand, but the water quality was still excellent and very soothing. Special thanks to Mr. Kakumoto for his friendliness and exceptional service truly went above and beyond!! I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in town. ”

“The room was really spacious with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was included but dinner we ate out as the hotel is large and they can't accommodate everybody. This was not a problem as there were so many restaurants in town. You do need to time the shuttle bus well though. Overall, a brilliant place to visit and really worth the money.”

“This was by far my greatest stay so far in japan. Amazing food, amazing building, amazing onsen! But westerners be wary, you will need to sacrifice some of your typical understanding of amenitys, theres no showers in the rooms, and very little english is spoken in this whole town. That being said i cant rate it less than 5 stars! If you come to this hotel, be prepared to eat (amazing) foods you never thought youd try, and immerse youself in the japanese culture. “義母の還暦祝いで家族3世代３家族の大所帯旅行になりました。出発前に電話があり朝食、夕食の事前時間指定の案内もあり助かりました。 部屋も清潔で布団が羽毛布団で軽くて暖かかったです。スタッフも沢山いて安心したし外国人の方も流暢な日本語でびっくりしました。部屋で誕生日ケーキを準備してもらい祝うことができたした。また行きたいです。”

“スキー旅行にて利用 受付のお兄さんはとても感じがよく、柔軟にご対応頂きました。 和室への行き方がエレベーターを使うとわかりずらかったので説明が必要であった。 掃除も行き届いておりリーズナブルでよかった。”

“We were here for a couple of days and had a wonderful stay! The place is kept clean, and it sits right by the ski hill. Nothing beats a soak in the hot public bath after a day of skiing. Also loved the breakfast and dinner! The gem though was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of the way to help us. ”
