“Stayed here twice & we enjoyed it both times. The breakfast is expensive, but they do a good job. Beds are very comfortable & we had all we needed. The shuttle from the airport is awesome! We will definitely be back.”

“We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the blue light in the bathroom and it kept us a little bit awake”

“The hotel and staff were great. The pool was green and did not look safe to swim in. We also took a blanket out of the closet that was all frayed and looked like it should have been thrown away years ago. It was clean but did not look nice.”

“Under a remodel, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The Placery was a unique experience. Limited menu and not at all a restaurant experience. Morning breakfast was ready to go at 6am with great variety and surprisingly good coffee 😃”

“I was disappointed in the fee for parking overnight. I expect that downtown but not that far out of the downtown area. They do charge for park and fly which is completely understandable but we were leaving in the am. I did not see this information when I was trying to decide on a hotel.”

“The location across from mall of America was amazing!! Has 2 great restaurants attached that got up on both and great food!!! Continental breakfast in morning had lots to choose from and had all the ad-ons to make it very yummy!!! If going for clean and very nice start to breakfast, and location to Mall of America that place is beyond!!! Couldn't believe how affordable it was being so close to shopping!!! But kinda huge drawback is they were way too busy to enjoy their pool or hot tub.... I'm...

“The bar inside the hotel was nice and had good wine and beer selection. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I wish the breakfast was included or it would have been nice if they offered a smaller breakfast vs. only the complete breakfast bar. Overall it was good and in a convenient location.”

“I was somewhat satisfied but they advertise breakfast is included with your booking but it's not. You have to lay $10 a person per day for breakfast. Also, they don't make you aware that there is a $15 fee per night for parking. Room was clean and so was the hotel but it costs more than advertised for the final bill.”
