“It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc. Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away. It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality.”

“Always clean and convenient with shuttle to the airport entrance. Entrance direct into the airport for carry on customers. Restaurant is good and staff friendly. Starbucks in lobby.”

“Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful. It’s a great option for staying the night before an early flight and being able to leave your car there while gone. And the warm cookies were an unexpected bonus! Will definitely stay here again.”

“First time staying here. My family really enjoyed staying here. Spacious room with separate living room. Delicious breakfast. Lots of parking. The restaurant food was good. A really nice & comfortable area to eat, right at the middle of the hotel. The service excellent. I will keep reserving our staying at embassy from now on.”

“Only stayed there for one night since I had a pretty long layover. When I got in the shuttle to the hotel, staff was friendly and the ride was short. When checking in, Kayla had helped me and she was incredibly kind and worked efficiently. Had answers to some questions I had. Got to my room and it was clean, no issues. Easy check out as well and the shuttle was already here for me.”

“The hotel is being renovated. The staff didn't seem to know what floors were rentable. Was given a room on a floor that was not done. Otherwise, the stay was good. However, I have never been in a room with so few electrical outlets with many inaccessible”

“The room was dank and there was hair in the bed and around the edges of the room and furniture. The air conditioning stopped working which made for a very warm night. The property needs some updating to be sure.”

“The room was thoughtfully designed for a small room and was beautifully decorated. The onsite gym was well equipped and spacious. The bar/restaurant was delicious and well staffed. Only complaint, offsite self parking was a bit challenging, it was close but getting in and out of the garage on weekend required assistance from human versus automatic.”

“Clean room. Shuttle to and from MOA. Helpful staff.. Decent breakfast. New items each day. With they had a hot tub and microwave/ coffee in the room but overall loved it. They do have coffee in lobby.”
