Share quiet meals at the dining table for two or brew your favorite coffee in the kitchen, which features both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, along with crisp white cabinetry and appliances. Just beyond, the screened-in patio offers a front-row seat to the lake, with counter seating for four and a high-top table for meals with a view. From sunrise coffee to evening cocktails, this space is your private lakefront sanctuary.



Located in the heart of Lake Ozark, you’ll have easy access to boating, fishing, and waterfront dining. Explore nearby attractions like Bagnell Dam Strip, local wineries, championship golf courses, and scenic hiking trails. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This rental includes a 12x28 boat slip and a PWC (Personal Watercraft) lift

• This condo complex does not offer on-site trailer parking.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles, passes required and provided inside the unit.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera above the front door and actively monitoring the main entrance.

o All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.

o Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
