Filthy carpet in room and hallways. Very rundown. We reported to counter girl and canceled our 4 night stay. “Nothing Roon has ants in the bathroom, show water was scolding hot and loose shower head, toilet tank parts inside tank came apart which we had to fix, kids running for hours up and down the halls and slamming doors, TV playing all night next door, breakfast was awful and cold eggs. Very slippery bathroom including the shower to stand in and the floor was sticky. This entire hotel needs to be upgraded. Never again at this comfort inn. Big mistake and paid $1200 to stay that long. 🙁”
