“Very flexible! We had nowhere to board our dog and it was actually less expensive to have her come with us! I called the day prior to let them know, they thought they may have to switch us rooms but they kept us in the same room and gave her all the pampering in the world! “The front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. We appreciate the welcome champagne, cookies and hot chocolate. We had to check in and out at the High Peaks Resort which is infront of Lake House. It was snowy in January so it was as expected. It was mushy and all but we love the whole set up.
