She was checking me in for more than 10 minutes while speaking on phope (on speaker) with her girlfriend talking where they will go and what shoes they will wear, etc. I was standing there waiting and I felt very unwelcome. I paid for a room so why she treated me that way? There are many other hotels next door. Please do yourself a favor and do not support business like that.”

“Staff in the morning shift on 04/09/2026 is very unprofessional. They have not idea how treat the customer. I received the email from hotel this morning if I want to do late check out. The was offered $ 30.00 for late check out at 4.00pm. When I went to desk to accept they told they don’t know anything about. In the very rude way. Staff very unpleasant with customer. I hope hotel ownership knows. They really need care the customer right ”

“We arrived here late at night. Me and 2 kids. My kids dubbed it "the Royal Prison Yard of New Orleans". There were a group of kids chilling near the front door. There's a fence with a gate you have to go through to get to the parking lot. We ended up staying somewhere else as it did not feel safe to bring young kids into.”

“I love the location but the rooms should be cheaper due to the phone not working. The door didn't shut close all the way. We had a couple of insect's and roaches in our room. They came in through the crack of the front door. Other than that I love the place ”

Unfortunately the rooms were very loud. There was a dance team in the hotel. Would have been nice if at check in we were told and offered a room away from the teams. ”
