“The lady who checked us in took the time to show us some of the handicapped equipped rooms to make sure that they had what we needed. This helped us pick the right one. This is an excellent example of courtesy and seeking the customer's satisfaction with the hotel.”

“The interior of the property is being remodeled from the upper floors down. The staff was very accommodating as I requested a quieter room and they put me in a remodeled suite on the 4th floor. The entire 4th floor looks totally different from the other floors with new carpet and new painted walls. My suite was breathtaking…..so clean and modern and comfortable bed. I had a little noise at night from the strip mall below but it wasn’t bad. Once the remodel is over this will be a great place...

“Ann at front desk was great.. moved rooms to get all close together.. very friendly and efficient.. night auditor Kim was also wonderful.. helped with restaurant choices in New Orleans and some extras we needed...lady at breakfast Sunday want way above normal to be sure that everything was hot and stocked...property was good, but the staff made it great... "Personale alla reception gentile Molto lenti per fare il check in, camere non pronte all'orario previsto e gente accalcata alla reception. Ti bloccano sulla carta 80 dollari a notte, e questo non è riportato nelle note durante la prenotazione. Colazione completamente da rivedere..... Pessima qualità e mancava il rifornimento, se ti rechi entro le 8 qualcosa mangi, oltre quell'orario non mangi nulla! Camera non pulitissima, pavimento appiccicoso e moquette sporca Insomma per la cifra spesa anche no"

"Alla reception sono abbastanza scortesi. Inoltre ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera prima visto che partivamo all3 04:00 e ci hanno detto che non c’era problema. Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! "

"Ottimo hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Il personale é gentilissimo, la piscina pulita e la colazione ottima. Siamo riusciti anche a bere un ottimo cappuccino. Peccato non aver trovato il bacon ma tutto era ottimo. "
