“Very beautiful view which would be hard for us to leave the room. Very tranquil that what we only were able to hear is the birds singing. Very yummy meals and excellent staff and services. ”

It was run down and was a disaster. We paid for two nights but checked out after one. Only positive was Claire the manager. ”

“We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Geyser Lookout B&B and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel so welcome. They live on site and are both very friendly, helpful, and clearly work very hard to ensure every guest has an excellent stay. “Overall condition was run down. Price vs quality was not great. Area was not great with people asking for money at night time and knocking on doors and people very disruptive in the area. ”

“Good stay overall, mini golf, ping pong and tennis. Room was tidy, just one issue with microwave starting, was bit old. Pool was heated, not hot, expected a bit higher for rotorua, recomend a few more degrees to make comfortable on the cold days but fine for exercise.”

“Too many minor issues with our room such as a broken shower head, carpet tacks sticking out of carpet, two single beds joined together but advertised as a extra large double bed, broken phone and kettle etc, reduced the enjoyment of our stay. I would not stay here again”

“Staff were all really welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. Every appeared to enjoy being there and liked their work. The cabin we stayed in had everything we needed. The swimming pool was warm the kids had heaps to do. The location by the lake was perfect. We'd definitely return. ”
