We enjoyed playing the nostalgic, family board games on site. Deck has new floor, but we avoided the railings. Firepit area was great for s'mores. There is a park with a barn and livestock, trails, picnic area and playground toys less than a mile away. ”

“This rental is fantastic. The view out the windows that run along the entire ocean side of the house is marvelous. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable. We had colder weather, but we did get one day when we could eat out on the deck very close to the water. We stayed upstairs in the loft bedroom and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean through the night. I would highly recommend this rental for your next visit to Whidbey Island.”

“The location was perfect for a relaxing stay-cation in the state of Washington. The basic setup and appointments for perfect. The bird viewing was an optional high-lite ( had to refill the bird finders at least once) .”

Susan and John were wonderful hosts as described by others. Sparrow was a delight to play with. My only disappointment was we didn’t get to spend more time at the house as our itinerary was jam packed. But waking every morning to hummingbirds was a delight.
