“The property is pretty rundown. There were signs of water damage, very dated furnishings and poor housekeeping in our room - after the front desk hyped it up to be a super sought-after room. The entire building looks like it could use a solid scrub down. The continental breakfast was honestly a joke. The room was expensive for what it was.”

“Staff, gave me different directions for things that I needed. Weekend staff was not as informed as weekday staff.
Breakfast service again was great on the weekdays, but the weekends were not as clean and efficent. Sometimes they didn’t even turn the lights on over your area.
Pool… was dirty. The white sides had built up, scum on it.
Very disappointing for the amount of money and the reputation they have.
Maintenance came to my room 3 times to fix didn’t stuff.
