Questo nuovo noleggio è un sogno per i vacanzieri. Situata sul lato tranquillo e appartato del lago Donner (lato sud), questa casa offre ampie finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nella grande sala principale, due ponti separati con vista sul lago e un grande molo privato per un facile accesso in barca e nuoto.

Inserisci la proprietà al livello della grande sala principale. Un open space con alti soffitti a volta offre viste spettacolari ed è perfetto per intrattenere. Due grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro conducono su un ampio ponte / patio con zona pranzo all'aperto, grill a gas e comodi posti a sedere. La cucina aperta e il bar per la colazione sono rifiniti con elettrodomestici di alta gamma, ripiani in marmo e pregiate opere in legno.

Il primo piano è anche nominato con una camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno in comune con bellissime opere in pietra e una doccia in piedi.

Un loft aperto è disponibile per i bambini extra nel tuo gruppo; sono disponibili quattro semplici materassi gemelli.

Scendete le scale fino al piano della camera da letto. Due camere da letto sono situate sul lato del lago, con grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono ad un ponte coperto con vista sul lago. Questo mazzo offre tavoli e sedie alti, perfetti per giocare con i bambini o semplicemente godersi la vista dal sole del pomeriggio.

La prima camera da letto è la master suite, arredata con un letto king size e bagno privato con doccia. La seconda camera da letto con vista sul lago è arredata con comfort king size.

La terza camera da letto si trova sul retro della casa sullo stesso piano e offre un letto matrimoniale.

La camera da letto n. 2 e n. 3 condividono un bagno con una combinazione vasca / doccia. Una lavanderia a grandezza naturale completa questo spazio abitativo.

Questa splendida cabina ti stupirà sicuramente con le sue finiture in legno pregiato, le splendide vetrate, l'open space, le viste panoramiche e un molo appartato e privato! Perfetto per le tue prossime vacanze in famiglia lontano da tutto!

Birthday get away!

Beautiful views, spacious and nicely appointed interior. Only drawback is there are a lot of steep stairs getting to and from the house itself to the street or to the dock!

Off season bliss

The location and house were perfect. Walkable to marina and pub and also walkable to beach/picnic areas. The house sits above the lake - a beautiful view from the decks. We also enjoyed sitting out on the pier. Glad there were beach towels to use. We will be back.

July weekend

The house was amazing and the perfect location on the lake. We enjoyed every day from morning to night. The house was fully equipped with kitchen items and bedrooms were comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family had an excellent time staying at this beautiful property. The new pier was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect spot for sunbathing and evening sunsets. The views from the house were amazing from the two decks, and the location was perfect, close to donner memorial state park! Check-in and check-out was also very easy making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Nice view, but do not bring young kids or infants

The house was very impressive when we first showed up and the view is very nice, however there is a long walk from the garage to the house, about 100' and it drops about 30' in elevation, so going in and out of the house was a lot of work and I almost passed out after loading the cars up to leave (to be fair, the elevation added to the difficulty of the long walk). The house is in a nice area and is pleasant to hang out in, but 2 out of 3 bedrooms are on the bottom floor and you can hear everything through the floor. I've never experienced anything like that, but when we put down my nephew for a nap in the room below, we had to walk on our tip toes and whisper on the top floor and we couldn't tip toe over the room where the baby slept because even the creaking from the tip toes would wake him right up. Each morning the entire house wakes up at the same time because there's no way to make coffee without creaking over the two bedrooms below. I woke up one morning and thought someone was moving a chair back and forth upstairs, only to find out that my daughter was coloring and the coloring book was sliding back and forth on the ground as she colored. Although it was nice being able to commmunicate with people on the upper floor without having to leave my bedroom. Some additional advice- the shower curtain on the bottom floor hallway has lots of mildew, so we recommend taking showers in the bathroom off the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but not without it's challenges.

The view is wonderful and so is the water. I knew there were stairs but not that many. The wi-fi was spotty. I rent quite a few homes across the country and I’ve never had beds with miss matched and OLD sheets. I have never had a kitchen without storage bags or silver foil. This was a college hang out.

Perfect location, quiet and lovely. Sleeps up to 10 but we we just two couples. Would be perfect for a large family. Well appointed, clean and comfortable beds.

Mountain getaway

Great house. Great location. Never stayed at Donner lake before but loved the slower pace and beautiful views. House was great. The stairs are an issue for anyone who is elderly or knee issues but we knew that so not an issue for us. The downstairs bedrooms did not have curtains on the sliding doors and the sun in the morning was a bit much. That’s really our only complaint. The beds we’re comfortable and the house well stocked. Take any aluminum wrap or storage containers you might need. We’ll definitely rent this house again. It was clean and comfy.

Beautiful home in perfect location!

This home was perfect for our family of 8. We celebrated my dads 85th birthday. The views were fantastic and it was great to have our own dock where we could go out and use our paddle boards whenever we wanted without having to drive somewhere. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The couch was large enough for all of us to sit and watch a movie. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect family getaway place

Our annual sibling trip was perfect at this lovely home. Four couples, plenty of hanging out space, gorgeous views ( from two bedrooms as well) and comfy beds. Wonderful location.

Great House on the Lake

Beautiful property our whole family enjoyed….but there are LOTS of steps - from the garage down to the house, inside the house (3 levels) and then down to the dock. Unloading & loading back up were tiring!! Sadly, smoke from nearby fire limited some of our outdoor time/activities, but still enjoyed our time in this beautiful spot.

Beautiful view of the lake!

We stayed in this Vrbo to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. The location is beautiful with perfect views of the lake from both decks. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and there is plenty of seating. As of the date of our stay (9/8/22), the oven door was broken, which we weren’t made aware of, so the oven was on and the door nearly fell off. I’ll be letting the property management know so hopefully that will be fixed. We had 7 adults, and while the listing description is technically accurate, the beds in the loft aren’t really designed for adults so just take that into account when you are planning for sleeping arrangements. Also, again, while the listing mentions the stairs, there are ~30 stairs from where you park down to the driveway, ~ 20 stairs from the driveway down to the front door and ~50 stairs from the door down to the water (plus the stairs in the house down to the bottom floor and then up to the loft). The pictures show stairs, but this house would be really challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, it is a beautiful home, all beds aside from the loft were very comfortable and you can’t beat the view!
