“This cabin was perfect for our two nights day. There were three of us each got our own room. The decor was new and stylish. Beds were comfortable and the whole cabin was clean and well kept. We would definitely come back should we find ourselves in the area again.”

“My family of 5 (two adults and 3 kids ages 5 and under) had an excellent time in Truckee visiting the snow. There is a huge "green belt" in the backyard that's shared with other neighbors, and we were able to make snowballs, snowmen, go sledding, and we found a couple of igloos to play in.The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was cold when we got there so it did take awhile to heat up, but after that it was completely fine. I definitely recommend this property for...

“Very quiet and very comfortable”

“This was first time in the area, We had most wonderful stay at hodge podge lodge. The house was beautiful and sparking clean, well organized and have everything what we needed for stay. It located in nice neighborhood near soda spring ski resort. The house was warm and cozy , heater was good , wood stove was nice touch with plenty of firewood supplies. The bedroom was spacious and beds were comfortable. It was big plus to have easy in and out drive way to the house. We definitely recommend...

“We spent the New Years holiday at Salty Bear cabin and had a lovely stay. While the cabin is charmingly rustic, it was not lacking in modern comforts. The heating worked well. Kitchen was well-appointed. Beds were cozy. Shower pressure was strong. Hot tub was perfect. There was one problem that came up at the beginning of our reservation but Renee handled it perfectly and didn’t allow it to ruin our stay.
