“Great clean place to stay. Great breakfast and friendly staff. The room was very nice and beds were comfortable. Love the blackout curtains, and everything was easy to find our way around.”

“We checked in on the first day to find out the hotel was half under construction. We were never given this information in advance nor was it advertised in any way on the website or reservation. The workout room was closed which was extremely disappointing and again, we were never told in advance or would have chosen a different hotel. The one elevator that was working was sketchy, at best. None of the machines were working on our floor, there was hair in the shower and when I tried to wash it...

“Absolute cool and cozy place to stay. I ended up here by accident, and couldn’t have hit it out of the park better. Marvelously priced, and one of the best restaurants in town. This place is a must stay.”

“Checked in on a Wednesday. Both commodes had to have a plunger used for flushing. TV in the master bedroom did not work. Carpet in the master bedroom was soaking wet. Notified the front desk and was told “maintenance” would arrive to resolve the issue. One maintenance person arrived the next morning after we’d left the suite to utilize our vacation event reservations. When we returned there was a note from maintenance but no resolution to any of the problems mentioned above. Another call...

“It was perfect for what we needed. A reasonably priced no frills family friendly establishment close to everything.”

“Clerk was friendly. Room was very damp feeling. Towels were damp. The room smelled of mildew/mold. There was mold on the ceiling. Bathroom room door would not shut due to stuffing swelled up due to moisture.”

“Location was great, room was spacious. Liked having extra sink and mirror outside bathroom. Breakfast was also good - plenty of options. Lobby, breakfast area and rooms all seemed to be clean and well kept. Indoor pool room was extremely hot, and only one hot tub was working. It needed to be skimmed, but I couldn’t find a skimmer to use. Outdoor pool is actually down a steep hill at a second property, so we didn’t use it. Other than that, no real complaints.”

“Hard to be critical of the Bradford House. Accommodations were very clean, very well maintained, and comfortable. (slept VERY well!). Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - a great way to start the day, and you have multiple options - something we've only experienced once or twice at a Bed & Breakfast. We were on the second floor in the "Everly Joy" room.....queen bed....very nice. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch after returning from our day's journeys and...
