“This place is horrible. NO HOT WATER for two days straight. Couldn't use the hot tub or pool because they allowed a large "party" to take place. Adults and children eating and drinking in the pool area which it clearly states "no eating or drinking in the pool area' Manager was rude. Staff was as helpful as they could be but are clearly underpaid and understaffed. It's "pet friendly" but only in the sense that you can have pets there. However, there was NO WHERE to take my dogs out for potty...

“The receptionist lady was unwelcoming, rude, easily irritated. When asked quest responded with impatient/harsh tone of voice. Room was clean, parking feels safe with the security guard in place. There was no breakfast place in the hotel. If there was, the lady on the desk didn't say.”

“After a very tiring week of traveling the National Parks, we checked in early evening for our flight home the next day. After unpacking, we had an issue with a very noisy AC unit. We notified the front desk and they promptly assigned us to another quieter room. They even hand delivered the keys to our new room, rather than making us take all of our belongings to the front desk and then move to the new room. The staff was very apologetic and responsive. “This place was clean quiet. The staff is friendly. We felt comfortable there.”

“No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests.”
