“Lovely outdoor seating areas near the lake. The fireplace, electric and temperature control, brought warmth and coziness to the cabin. Would have liked a way to brew fresh coffee. ”

“Front desk staff was excellent and personable. The condition of the property and rooms left something to be desired. Just needs some updating and TLC. There was an incident outside of our room the one night that involved police and EMT showing up to speak to a drunk person, so I didn't feel the safest staying here. I would probably not stay again.”

“When I checked into my room, it looked clean. I pulled that covers back to get in bed. The sheets were dirty. I pulled the sheet back and the pad underneath was dirty so I went to the office to get new sheets. They gave me a new room, but I got in that room. I checked the sheets. They were clean. It had a foul smell, no remote and only one lightbulb. There is no security security doors that a lot to get into the building to go into your room, everything is unlocked and open. “The important stuff: very comfortable bed. Clean, tidy room. Very clean Bathroom. Room darkening shades. Ray at the front desk was very helpful, so check-in was smooth and easy! Hotel was quiet at night. But as early as 6 AM door slamming and loud talking by folks leaving very early meant we were awake. After 14 hours of travel to get the motel by 11 and into bed by midnight, the last thing we wanted was to be jarred out of bed by any hotel noise!!!”

“Room did not have working shower and faucet. Staff promised maintenance in an hour but not fixed for our entire stay. No alternatives provided either. Room does not have a coffee machine and has a TV but no remote! In all poor experience.”

“There was no pool, thats the only thing we felt was missing. Otherwise beautiful, new rooms with good mountain views from 3rd floor. We loved our stay.”

“There are trains that run through all night long and woke us up. They offered a white noise machine but none of that made a difference with how loud the trains were. The entire time we were there they also had issues with WiFi and we never had Internet. We let them know and the response was "we have been having problems maybe we need to restart the system." But it was never fixed. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone”

“Super friendly staff at the desk! Brand new place, so might not be on your gps. Wasn't on mine. It's next to the former Hinshaws Honda. EXTREMELY NICE ROOMS! LOTS of outlets on all walls. Full size refrigerator! Huge microwave! Doors have trouble closing every time, but not really a problem. Breakfast is the only thing they don't offer, but none of the Woodsprings do. I'll definitely be staying here from now on when I hit Pacific Raceways.”
