“The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. “This hotel is amazing! The rooms are spotless, and the beds are very comfortable. The pool was clean, the outdoor patio was amazing, and the gym had a lot of great equipment options and was clean. It is located in a great area in Fort Mill with lots of food and shopping within just a few miles. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be staying here again if needed in the future!”

“Easy check in! The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very pleased at the dinner and breakfast buffet that was included in the price. We stayed 1 night with grandkids and they loved the pool. Will use this hotel for overnight stays in the area from now on.”

“Hello!! Whenever we come to Charlotte, this hotel is always our first choice to stay. We really enjoy this spot, but could we possibly have some GRITS on the breakfast bar? Princess also wanted to mention that it would be great to have a designated doggy area. Thanks!! :)”

“Staff was super friendly the second we walked into the door. We felt very welcome and everything was very clean. Any questions we had were answered promptly and nicely. The morning breakfast they have for guests is wonderful as a parent tired from a long trip with 2 yoynf children. The kids loved making their own wagfles and choosing what they wanted to eat.”
