“Everything was great! Check-in was fast. My only advice is that for electrical vehicles it’s Tesla level 2 charging only, so you need an adapter for level 2 charging if you drive a non-Tesla EV. Price is expensive per kWh about 49 cents. At least there’s 3 stations/ parking places to charge and you need a permit to issue them issued by the hotel or you could get towed. AC turning on was loud and kind of high pitched, you could hear the toilet flushing in the room above. No vent in the bathroom...

“Air conditioning was comfortable, parking was easy. We had a inconvenience with the room, about two hours of checking in and getting ready to go to my meeting, lights went out so we contacted from desk and we were giving another room. We had to wait to come back from the business to change room, and had to change room in the dark”
“the hotel is pretty new and clean and you can see them cleaning all the time. Also pet friendly, as you walk through the door they have water bowls for dogs. I appreciate the room was minimal carpet and clean because we took our small dog with us. The area is new and upscale and all the new restaurants are there across George Bush Hwy. Also close is Firewheel town center which has a cinema, shopping and more dining. Will come back again to this hotel. ”
