“I love this hotel! It's always very clean, in a great location, and feels very safe. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes every stay even better. I've stayed here several times and will definitely continue to stay here whenever I'm in the area. While I haven't tried the breakfast yet, it looks like they offer a great selection. “Breakfast was the standard fare, yet tasteful. Coffee was good and hot. Room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. Nice walking distance about 3-5 minutes from the harbor shops and Lake Ray Hubbard. Highly recommend doing that. Walking distance to eating. Air conditioner was louder than "white noise" limit to me. Overall a 4 stars because both elevators were out of order by the end of my stay.”

“Advertised a swimming pool but it was closed for my 2 days stay.”

“Spent over $800 to stay here for 3 nights and it was a terrible experience. Literally just scam you for every dollar. Paid parking which they didn’t explain, over priced drinks with 20% automatic tip, and someone charging alcohol to my room at the pool (which I disputed and was later refunded). This hotel sucks. Total waste. The pool is the only good thing about it.”

“Room was clean, bed was comfy but bathroom had a damaged wall. We ended our stay one day early because the hotel was shutting down the water for 5 hours.”

“The hotel was very clean and, located by variety of shops & restaurants . The breakfast was hot and fresh their were options for everyone . All the staff were friendly and helpful with all my questions and needs. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our dinner . I like how they offer Bbq area and the equipment as well as seasoning to grill your own foods too. ”
