“The property is dated. It’s clean but the space is tight if you drive a big vehicle. The room was clean but dated. Needs a towel hanging space In The restroom. The breakfast was good. Love that they have directions posted for everything. Overall not bad for price in today’s market.”

“Overall the room needs to be completely remodeled. The shower had cracks that were just glued together. The headboards of the bed was peeling. Even though it's complementary breakfast it's the same thing everyday. The bedsheets had holes and the list goes on and on. Wouldn't recommend this place.”

“Cassondra was a great front desk staff.She was really nice and even changed my room so I could be close to other family members that were staying there. Even made coffee in the evening when I asked since the rooms do not come with microwave or coffee makers. But it does come with a refrigerator. Breakfast the sausage both days were not cooked well but clean area to eat in with microwave to cook longer. The morning of my check out I went to breakfast at 9:30 to return to my room at 9:50am while...

“Very clean and updated room”

“Check-in was a disaster, got double charged the $50 incidentals and was charged for 4 nights when I had already prepaid through Expedia. Pool was closed for maintenance the whole week according to staff and was never told there was breakfast. None of the staff could help me get a refund except Kris and even then I still have Holiday Inn charges on my card that I need reversed. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, we ended up checking out a day early because we had awful sleep for 3 nights....

“If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order. I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!”
