First Floor: Bedroom 1 features a King Bed and a full bathroom (not ensuite). Second Floor: Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 also has a Queen Bed, and Bedroom 4 includes a Full Sleeper Sofa in the downstairs living room, which converts into a bedroom with a privacy screen. The Living Room includes a Queen Air Mattress, and additional sleeping is available with a Pack ‘n Play. A full bathroom is also available on this floor.
☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING SPACE ☆☆ The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for a seamless cooking experience. Featuring dishware, flatware, cooking basics, spices, a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, K-cups, ground coffee, microwave, toaster, and highchair, you'll be set for any meal. The large dining table comfortably seats 8-10 guests, perfect for family dinners or game nights.
The home features two living areas—one on each floor—both equipped with Smart TVs. The main living space includes a river rock electric fireplace (no heat emitted), recliner sofas, and a high-boy card table. The office is equipped with a sit/stand desk, books, and board games.
☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ A spacious outdoor retreat awaits! The covered and furnished balcony features a dining table for 8, a covered front porch with rocking chairs, and a Weber gas grill. Enjoy the private hot tub, sun loungers, and a wood-burning fire pit (wood provided). The large grass yard includes a horseshoe pit, basketball hoop, basketball, frisbees, baseballs, and mitts. Please note: The fire table has been removed from the property.
☆☆ GENERAL AMENITIES ☆☆ Free WiFi, keyless entry, central heating, air conditioning (upstairs only, two permanent wall units), linens/towels, iron/board, washer & dryer (with detergent provided), trash bags & paper towels, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
☆☆ PARKING ☆☆ Driveway parking is available for up to 6 vehicles, with additional space for RV/trailer parking.
☆☆ PRIME LOCATION ☆☆ Just one block from the waterfront and a short 5-minute (0.2 mi) walk to the public boat launch. Trespassing is strictly prohibited. Please do not enter the water on private property.
☆☆ PROPANE USAGE ☆☆ To ensure a continuous supply for propane-powered amenities, two full propane tanks are provided. Guests are responsible for refilling or replacing empty tanks.
Fees & Pricing • Nightly rate includes 6 guests; extra guests are charged per person, per night (max 10 guests). Unauthorized guests will be charged $250 each per night. • Stays beyond 15 nights require mid-stay cleans every two weeks. The cleaning fee applies for each mid-stay cleaning. • Subject to a fee, we do our best to accommodate early check-in/late check-out requests based on housekeeping availability. • Well-trained dogs (max. 2) are welcome. Pet fee = $100/stay
Reminders • Long-term stays are welcome but must be booked in 28-day segments. • The home is on a septic system—only flush provided toilet paper (no wipes, feminine products, or food waste). • Do not rearrange furniture. • Observe all burn bans. • The fireplace is electric with no heat emitted, and the chimney flue is obstructed (no fireplace usage). • Trip insurance is recommended.
Hot tub information To maintain a clean spa environment, shower before entering. Lotions, oils, and perfumes can impact the filtration system. Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning beyond standard use.
Guest access Guests will not have access to the garage.
Other things to note ✦This home’s water source is a well and runs on septic. Running multiple water sources inside the home at one time will greatly reduce the water pressure. Please also be mindful and only flush septic-safe toilet paper. ✦Beach Access: Guests are responsible for reading all signs and staying on public property. No trespassing onto private property. ✦We do have an optional baby gate for safety purposes for little ones up to 2 years old. However, as children grow and develop new skills, they may learn to climb or open the gate. Every child is different, so we recommend not using it if you know that your little one can bypass it to ensure safety and peace of mind!
House Rules AGE RESTRICTION Guests must be at least 28 years old to make a reservation (we reserve the right to verify IDs during the stay). All guest profiles must be listed on the reservation except minors who will be with their parent/guardian during the stay. Guest should have a positive history. Only registered guests are permitted. If the person who made the booking is underage, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.
PARTIES/EVENTS Parties, events, illegal substances, and smoking are not allowed in or on the property. This Property is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and not suited for loud groups or parties. Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.
INDOOR Please do not wear shoes in the home, and do not eat or drink in the bedroom/beds. Please keep heaters clear of anything (minimum of three feet).
LONG TERM RESERVATION Guests are welcome to book long-term stays, but reservations must be made in segments of 28 days at a time.
MIDSTAY CLEAN Long stays (over 15 nights) require mid-stay cleans every 2weeks, and are billed to the Guest. Mid-stay clean is equivalent to the current cleaning fee.
ISSUES Notify the host immediately of any issues/damage. We reserve the right to inspect and service the Property during your stay, including, but not limited to landscaping services, etc.
QUIET HOURS Quiet hour is from 10PM to 8AM Failure to follow the rules will incur a $500 charge for the 1st violation and termination of reservation for the 2nd violation.
SMOKING Smoking is not allowed Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.
UNAUTHORIZED GUEST/S Please follow the maximum capacity of the unit. the number of the guest in the listing page includes the visitor as maximum capacity of the listing. Please inform us if you will have a visitor. Unauthorized guest stay will incur to $250/head charge.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-In : 4PM-9PM Checkout: 10AM Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur fees. We’ll do our best to fulfill these requests based on our operational capacity. Unauthorized late checkout will incur $200
PET RULES Pets are allowed. Please share the details regarding your pet. While we do allow dogs with a pet fee, we’re unable to accommodate cats at this time. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or in the sleeping areas. Be sure to clean up after your dog and note that dogs cannot be left alone in the home. Maximum # of pets allowed: 2 Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.
HOT TUB All hot tub rules must be followed and can be found in the Guidebook. Hot tub is only for use from 8am-10pm. Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.
Othe Details to Note: - The home uses a septic system. Please only flush the provided toilet paper. Do not dispose of feminine products, flushable wipes, food scraps, oils, or other items down the drains. Any damage to the septic system caused by improper use will be billed to the Guest. -No fireplace use--chimney/flue is obstructed. -The hot water supply is ample but may be limited during periods of high usage. We recommend spacing out showers or other activities requiring hot water to ensure everyone has a comfortable experience!
Repeated violations of house rules may lead to the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
