“I did not stay here despite my reservation and request a full refund of my money. Trying to check in after the posted ‘check in’ time, no one was the desk for 30 minutes of bell ringing. Returning two hours later, still noone there for another 30 minutes. I finally called the number on the front door(no where near the desk) and was told they did not have a reservation in my name. “A very unique experience within this small but very elegant old hotel. The check in process was very friendly, having the lounge available for coffee, snacks, light breakfast was really nice. The room was so nicely decorated, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was perfect! We will definitely stay there again if in the area.”
