“Communication with the host was simple and she was accessible. The basic amenities were readily available and we did not have to rush to go to the supermarket when we arrived. The place is spacious, clean and neighbourhood very quiet.”

“I was in Florida for the Miss Florida pageant with my 3 and 4 year old grandchildren. The tiny house was perfect. The location was great for us. We went to the pool, the playground, and we were in easy driving distant to Dinosaur World and the beach. (Leave early to the beach, it may be 60 miles, but traffic is everything.)I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because I never once talked to anyone during the entire rental process. “This house is very, very old. Have to go down a dirt road to get to it. For the most part it was clean, except for windows and kitchen blinds. The lighting throughout most of the house was poor. Upstairs shower so dark. Upstairs floor very creaky, disturbing for those on main floor. A lot of extras left by hosts, were much appreciated. Outdoor swim spa was nice, however the cover is so old and waterlogged, it took 3 ppl to move it. Needs a lot of updates to make it a desirable place to stay....
